The treatment facilities in Washington include 138 in the greater Seattle area, most of which offer drug treatment and alcohol treatment. Many of the facilities also provide mental health counseling in conjunction with their addiction treatment services for those with a dual diagnosis.

The Community Psychiatric Clinic is one that specializes in a dual diagnosis treatment program. Their rehab facility provides a mixture of mental health and addiction recovery programs on an outpatient basis. They do have special groups for women and men, as well as groups for criminal justice clients. The treatment facility accepts private health insurance, Medicaid, and self-payment.

The Harborview Medical Center’s Addictions Program offers drug treatment and alcohol treatment on an outpatient basis. Their treatment program provides special groups or counseling for those with a dual diagnosis, women, men and DUI/DWI offenders. The treatment facility accepts a number of public and private insurances, as well as accepting self-pay on a sliding scale.

Asian families can get specialized addiction treatment at the Asian Counseling and Referral Service.  They offer a mix of addiction recovery and mental health counseling at their treatment facilities. The rehab center offers special groups and programs for adolescents, those with a dual diagnosis, gays and lesbians, seniors and older adults, pregnant and postpartum women, men, criminal justice clients and women.  The treatment center offers translation services in English, Chinese, Hmong, Japanese, Korean, Tagalog and Vietnamese.

In Spokane, Washington, treatment centers include the Sun Ray Court Adult Male Branch. The halfway house provides a residential short-term and residential long-term treatment program for men, and accepts Medicare and Medicaid as payment for its addiction treatment services.

New Horizon Counseling Services offers an outpatient program for drug intervention and alcohol treatment at their Spokane treatment facilities. They have special groups and programs for those with HIV/AIDS, pregnant and postpartum women and men. The program accepts a variety of payment options, and has a sliding fee scale for those on the self-pay program.

Daybreak Youth Services focuses specifically on the adolescent population, particularly those with a dual diagnosis, in its treatment program.  It offers a residential short-term and a residential long-term treatment program at its rehab facilities.
