The John F. Kennedy MH/MR Center Walk in Clinic. They offer a variety of addiction treatment programs on an outpatient basis, with special groups and accommodations for adolescents, women, men DUI/DWI offenders, and criminal justice clients. They address drug treatment and alcohol treatment and provide translation services in French and Spanish at their treatment facilities.

The Genesis II Inc. Company operates a treatment facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania under the name Caton Village. The drug intervention and alcohol intervention facility offers a long-term residential treatment program. The have special groups for women and offer residential beds for the children of the clients in the rehab facilities. They offer special assistance for those with a dual diagnosis requiring mental health services as well as addition treatment. The Caton Village staff offers Chinese translation at their treatment facility.

Saint Joseph Hospital Detox and Rehabilitation Services is particularly focused on drug treatment. They offer special programs and groups for adolescents and those who have a dual diagnosis as needing both addiction treatment and mental health services.  The rehab facilities accept a variety of insurance payments as well as self-pay on a sliding scale.

The Power Outpatient treatment facility is alcohol intervention and drug intervention facility focusing on women in particular. They offer both outpatient and partial hospitalization/day treatment options. Their alcohol treatment and drug treatment programs are offered in Spanish, and they accept both Medicare and Medicaid on as well as self-payment.
