Serenity Place offers an alcohol rehab program in a residential, short-term treatment program. They specialize in addiction treatment for DUI/DWI offenders, and accept self-payment. They do have a sliding fee scale at their treatment facility.

Merrimack River Medical is a rehab facility offering drug abuse intervention for methadone clients. Their rehab facilities offer detoxification, methadone maintenance, and methadone detoxification at their drug treatment center in Hudson, New Hampshire. They have special groups for pregnant and postpartum women, men and women at their drug rehabilitation facility.

Greater Nashua Council on Alcoholism is an alcohol rehab facility and halfway house offering a residential short-term, residential long-term, and outpatient treatment program. They focus their alcohol treatment on women, men, and criminal justice clients, and offer a sliding fee scale in their alcohol intervention program.

The Youth Council Substance Abuse Treatment offers both drug rehab and alcohol rehab and mental health services for adolescents with a dual diagnosis. Their treatment program is directed at adolescents, and operates on an outpatient basis.

Silverman and Associates, Inc. offers an outpatient treatment facility. Their addiction recovery services include special groups for adolescents, clients with a dual diagnosis, gays and lesbians, seniors/older adults, and men at their treatment facility. They do accept a variety of insurance and self pay options on a sliding scale.

The Psychological Center Women’s View is an addiction treatment center for women. It provides a drug treatment and alcohol treatment program exclusively for women on a long-term residential basis.

The Lowell House Inc. Outpatient Substance Abuse Services is an intervention and rehabilitation program that operates on an outpatient or partial hospitalization/day treatment basis. The treatment facilities have groups for adolescents and those with a dula diagnosis.
