The treatment facilities in Arkansas include 22 rehabilitation centers in Little Rock and the area immediately surrounding the city. These Arkansas treatment facilities include the Family Service Agency, which provides alcohol rehab and other addition treatment programs on an outpatient basis.  They have special groups for serving adolescents, DUI/DWI offenders, and criminal justice clients in need of drug treatment or alcohol treatment in Arkansas.

Recovery Centers of Arkansas is a Little Rock rehab facility that operates a residential short-term (under 30 days) program and a residential long-term (over 30 days) treatment program. This addition treatment facility provides detoxification, alcohol abuse and drug abuse treatment at their halfway house facility. They offer treatment programs on an outpatient basis as well as partial hospitalization and day treatment.

Gateway house is an Arkansas rehabilitation center that functions as a half-way house, a detoxification center, alcohol treatment center and a drug abuse treatment center. They offer both residential long-term programs as well as short-term programs. They also provide outpatient and partial hospitalization/day treatment.

Arkansas drug and alcohol treatment facilities near Fayetteville include the Veterans Affairs Medical Center with alcohol and drug treatment and detoxification. They offer addiction recovery programs on an outpatient, hospital inpatient, and partial hospitalization/day treatment basis.

The drug rehab and alcohol rehab programs at the Springdale treatment center are all outpatient programs. The intervention services they provide include drug treatment and alcohol treatment, detoxification, and methadone maintenance.
